By accessing and using FlowMaster DF ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FlowMaster DF is a cloud-based drilling fluids management platform that helps you monitor wells, manage fluid systems, coordinate mixing operations, and produce operational reports. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.

3. Not Professional Advice

The Service is a software tool for organizing and tracking information. It does not replace qualified engineering, geology, or safety judgment, regulatory compliance review, or site-specific professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made in connection with drilling and fluid operations.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

7. Credits, Subscriptions, and Payment

Certain features may require a paid plan, credits, or subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and refund rules will be presented at purchase where applicable. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, fees are non-refundable.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowMaster DF and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on data displayed in the application.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time.
